Matthew Frantz, DO
Dr. Frantz is board certified in Family Medicine and is
President and partner of State Road Family Practice in North
Royalton. He has over twenty years experience treating
patients of all ages with a special interest in geriatrics.
He currently serves as Medical Director at The Patrician, Parma
Community General Hospital and is an adjunct
professor at Ohio University. Dr. Frantz is
President of August Health Services.
Martin Frantz, MD
Dr. Frantz is board certified in Family Medicine and is on
staff and a partner of State Road Family Practice in North
Royalton.
He has over ten years experience treating patients
of all
ages with a special interest in geriatrics. He currently
serves as a medical consultant to insurance
companies and is
the Medical Director at Pleasant Lake Villa.
He is the Chief
Medical Officer of August
Health Services.
Jennifer Wurst, MD
Dr. Wurst is board certified in Family Practice and is on the
staff at State Road Family Practice in North Royalton. She is
a graduate of Case Western Reserve University.
Donna (Vale) Lanza, RN, CNP
Mrs. (Vale) Lanza is a Certified Nurse Practitioner in Ohio. She
currently treats patients at State Road Family Practice
located in North Royalton, OH. Mrs. (Vale) Lanza has over
twenty five years of health care experience and is on staff at
Kent State University and Akron University. She obtained her
masters degree in nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
Works as the Diabetic Educator since the year 2000.
She is the
Vice President of Medical Operations for August Health
Services.
Barbara A. Daum, RN, MSN, CNP
Ms. Daum obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of
Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Akron.
Christen M. Gunder, MSN, CNP
Ms. Gunder obtained her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of
Science in Nursing degrees from the University of Akron.
Patricia Long, RN, MSN, APRN-BC
Mrs. Long is a Geriatric Clinical Nurse Specialist and has recently
received her Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Degree from Saint Louis
University. She has her Master of Science in Nursing
from Kent State
University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing also
from Kent State.
Lori A. Margevicius, BSN, MSN
Ms. Margevicius is an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with a
Masters of Science in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from
Kent State University and has her BSN from Ursuline College. She also
has 20+ years experience in neurology, cardiology and home care, including
14 years experience in a hospital emergency room.
Tammy Pasela, RN, CNP, MSN
Mrs. Pasela is an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with a
Masters of Science in Nursing as an Adult Nurse Practitioner from
Ursuline College.
Sister Elizabeth Turpish, BS, Med, BSN, RN
Sister Elizabeth is a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Adult Health. She
graduated
with a Master of Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner in Hospice and Palliative Care
and Certified Nurse Specialist in Adult Health from Ursuline College. Her
Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Certificate in Gerontology is from
Cleveland State University.
