Major new releases from August Health
Compliance insights across your entire portfolio
Monitor compliance across all communities in one dashboard, with clear visibility into assessments, service plans, and physician reports. Compare communities against one another and see what regions or communities need your attention. Drill down to resident detail or view community performance at a glance.
New proactive care capability: Bowel Movement Tracking
Caregivers can now chart BMs as part of scheduled care or on an as-needed basis. For residents with BM tracking enabled, you’ll see alerts if no BM is recorded in 3 days, to support proactive care. More enhancements are already on the way. Tracking is optional and can be toggled on or off easily.
Medicaid program visibility
You can now add Medicaid as an insurance type on a resident’s Details tab. With quick setup from your Implementation Manager, you’ll be able to track program name, start and end dates, and program level/tier — making it simple to see which residents are enrolled. Coming soon: deeper Medicaid support in our Billing product.

Easy-to-find medication orders
Orders are now alphabetized and displayed on collapsible cards, making it easier to scan quickly and spot potential duplicates. Use the Orders to Review toggle to focus only on new or updated items that need your attention.
Uploads within Move-In tasks
You can now add file uploads to any move-in task. For example, instead of asking families to type out a medication list, they can simply upload the version provided by their physician.
One click to download all documents
From the Documents tab, you can now download all completed files for a resident with one click. Choose to grab only the most recent versions or include archived copies — perfect for inspections or building a paper administrative file.
Away reasons
When marking a resident as away, you can now add a reason. These reasons appear in the downloadable Away from Community reports.
Never forget a birthday
Resident birthdays now come with a little delight: confetti and a cake icon appear on their profile, making it easy to remember and celebrate.
