How the integration works

The integration connects the two platforms at the moments that matter most:

At move-in, when a resident is ready to join the community, staff can send their information directly from WelcomeHome into August Health to create the resident chart, without staff needing to re-enter contact details, care level, or room information.

After move-in, as residents change rooms or move out, those census updates in August Health flow back into WelcomeHome nightly. Room availability and occupancy status in WelcomeHome stay aligned with what's actually happening in the building, in real time.

As a result, the sales team's view of occupancy in WelcomeHome and the care team's view in August Health reflect the same operational reality — without anyone having to maintain them manually.
