When a follow-up action on an incident is marked as completed, the staff member’s name and timestamp appear directly on the action, so you can quickly see who did what and maintain clear accountability.
New sorting options for incidents and notes
Incidents and notes can now be sorted by date created, date updated, or date of event, with sort preferences saved across sessions.
A faster way to navigate assessments
Assessment navigation now displays subcategories, making it easy to jump right where you need to go.
A simpler vitals charting experience
Vitals are now charted individually with a dedicated button instead of being bulk-charted, providing a clearer experience for caregivers.
Customize retroactive charting days
Admins can now customize the number of retroactive charting days per community.
The order view you need, faster
Order filters are now organized into categories, making it easier to find exactly what you need and keep med passes moving.
Never miss a med from the last pass
Missed medications from the previous med pass now appear on the current pass, so med techs can catch and address gaps right away.
New integration with Xero
Sync journal entries from August Health Billing & Payments directly to Xero. Entries are created and updated nightly, then finalized when you close your books, reducing manual work and keeping your records up to date.
Tracking category and department settings

Mobile-friendly payer portal
The billing payer portal is now mobile-friendly, with responsive layouts for adding and editing payment methods and viewing statements in a new tab on mobile devices.
